About Iron Summit Solutions

Iron Summit Solutions was founded on a simple belief: leadership is not something you learn from theory alone. It is forged through responsibility, difficult decisions, failure, accountability, and the experience of leading real people when the stakes are real. 

Founder Randall Conrad brings more than four decades of leadership, training, education, and organizational experience across the military, federal government, and private sector. After 22 years of service in the United States Air Force, his career continued at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, followed by work with Dare Mighty Things, where he helped create the national training program for the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program.

He later served in leadership roles with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Indian Gaming Commission before returning to the Department of Defense to lead the Defense Senior Leader Development Program. His career then took him to the Department of the Navy as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and, later, to the Defense Language Institute English Language Center as Associate Dean of Academics.

Iron Summit Solutions brings those decades of experience together. Its programs are built from lessons learned developing leaders, building training systems, managing complex organizations, confronting organizational problems, and leading people where accountability and performance matter.
